POLICIES

APPOINTMENT POLICY:

• A card must be on file in order to make an appointment.

  (Not used for regular service payments, only for policy implementation)

CANCELATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY:

• Short notice cancelations/reschedules (72 hours before service time or less) result in a 50% service value ($20 minimum) charge to the card on file for appointments on Monday-Thursdays and 100% service value for appointment days on Friday-Saturdays. This includes partial service cancelations as well.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

• Canceling/Rescheduling 24 hours or less or No Shows will result in 100% service value charge ($20 minimum) to the card on file.

LATE POLICY:

• If you arrive 6 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to take you, or it will cut into your scheduled service time (this may result in a no-show fee)

• Everyone’s time is valuable, we want to respect your time along with my clients after you. We will always be as flexible as we can, and we understand things happen sometimes, so please always communicate if you're running late.

MINOR POLICY:

• Anyone under the age of 18 must have signed parental consent for all services.

• Must be 16 years or older with signed parental consent to receive any services on the bikini area or underneath the underwear.

SERVICE POLICY:

• Any service performed underneath the underwear are only offered to guests with a vagina.
